When will my order ship?

For domestic orders, we pack and ship within 1-2 business days. Think of it as express mail for your molecules.

How long does delivery take?

Local orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days. International orders depend on your postman’s cardio, we try to keep it from 1-2 weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast. If you need to edit, contact us within an hour of placing your order and we’ll see if we can intercept it, though once fulfilment begins, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes above 200 SGD for domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Zyu travels to certain countries for now. We're constantly expanding and updating to prove science has no borders. If your country is not on the list, we understand zyu is a necessity. Email us at hello@zyu.com.sg and we'll try our best.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. Skincare is intimate and once it leaves our lab, it’s yours.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number and photos and we will try to rectify whatever went wrong.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are barrier-friendly, even for eczema-prone skin.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Always cruelty-free.

Where are Zyu products made?

Formulas are produced where science and quality align best. Put together in Singapore, astounding extracts from all over the world, currently Japan, Switzerland.

Do your products contain fragrance?

No added fragrance. Just the natural scent of actives at work.

Are they safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, but if you are concern about your specific needs, feel free to consult a physician for tailored advice.

How should I store my skincare?

Cool, dry, away from sunlight. Shelf = fine. Sauna = no.

Do you test on animals?

Never. Not in our DNA.

How do I know which product is right for my skin?

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, and local options shown at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

One per order. Molecules stack, discounts don’t.

Do you charge taxes or duties on international orders?

It depends on your country’s customs. Any duties or VAT are set locally.
